I'm not sure if this is the right section, but I have a question about Commissars.

On that page, it says that Commissars can be taken in units of 0-5. Is that for 4th edition, or am I missing something?

Yeah i think they just never updated the steel legion page that's when they still had to be assigned like priests iam pretty sure.

They were attached to various units, and used up one of your army's doctrines. However, back in RT and/or 2nd ed you could take commissar training squads of junior commissars, which sounds like an awesome unit.
