No heavy support. The henchmen are the troops. If I'm reading it right I can include like 24 squads.

Coteaz causes warbands to count as troops & not be limited by the number of Inquisitors in your force.
AFAIK you're still restricted to six troops slots.

First of all, you have 7 Troops. That's illegal.
Secondly, it's a horrible list that isn't even close to being overpowered. Limited long range shooting, warbands that make no sense, Purgation squads on foot with incinerators...all bad.

Vindicare assassins aren't that good in my experience. They die really quickly and normally take out less Thames their points cost. Seems like a bad trade off.
That's just my opinion though, so please take it with a grain of salt...
Maybe consider dropping the illegal troops choice and bolstering up or buying a transport for the knights squads, I think that would help a lot. Incinerators are awesome, but only when you can get close enough

Vindicare Assassins aren't all that bad when they destroy a Vindicator gun, kill a Dread and take away Abaddons inv save  (although to be fair, the only long range shooting i had was a Land Raider, and that died to Psycannon shots turn 2, after it moved first turn).
And that list, its definatly not over powers. Just looking at the Heavys, why do you want 4 walker power armoured flamers?

I played against this list and the GK player deep stiked them, then they hit home because of the mystics. Seemed really undercosted to get 8 flame templates deep striking.

Unlike Strike Squads and Interceptor Squads, Purgation Squads can NOT deepstrike. So yes it was under costed to get 8 flame templates deep striking, because they shouldn't have been doing so.

alright... putting aside that this list is illegal and all of the other points people have made thus far...
put this list up against a 1500 point tau list and it will be discarded after round 2 or 3.
Transports will get knocked to pieces by broadsides, the mystics will get curb stomped by 30" range fire warrior suppressant, and the crisis suits with plasma weaponz will keep any possible threats away from the broadsides.
If that isn't enough lets look to tyranids
1300 points of termagants will glance the razorbacks until they are promptly wrecked and kill everything inside the next turn.
Next, we have space wolves:
Missile launchers take care of razorbacks by split-fire shenanigans by turn 2, their own rhinos will advance and deliver a few groups of grey hunters to dispatch the pplz that spew out.
I think I have proven my point, considering how easily massed transports are dealt with... but if you need more examples of how just about any list can beat this one please P.M. me and I will play "chess" with ya on tactics and theory craft ^^

"All Comers" doesn't mean bad. If a list can't handle 5 AV 11-12 Vehicles (Which isn't really spam) then it's not an "All Comers" list, because a large majority of lists you will see will have at least that many vehicles in them.

Ok, every list I mentioned was not designed to counter it, I was using some of the most prominent concepts in each basic list-set that would destroy it easily. AV 11 / 12 is easily overcome and without it all the elements that are mentioned are easy pickings for any list that has some form of ranged combat or superior numbers.

Just to let you guys know its not an illegal list becuase there is nothing saying he cant take henchman as elites when you use coteazas well as troops. So he has 6 troop henchman and 1 elite henchman or 5 troop henchman and 2 elite henchman?

No. Henchmen are Troops in an army with Coteaz. Even with an additional Inquisitor you have a maximum of 6.

From the Grey Knights FAQ :
Q. Taking Inquisitor Coteaz in your force turns
Henchman Warbands into troops choices. Does this
mean that they take up a force organisation slot and
can no longer be taken as an elites choice? (p33)
A. Yes to both questions.
...Illegal army list. Plus if the only reason it was so good was deepstriking purgation squads it was also a cheating player. (see my previous post)
