hey guys so i've not been playing/moddeling for a rew months now and i want to get started again. i know the basic rules like movement, shooting etc but i can't play with vehicles... yet. anyway i really want to start and i feel a bit disorganised, with my models just sitting about so:
1. where is the best place to start back up again?
2. what can i do to keep myself motivated?

IG seems to be popular these days, but really it depends on what sort of army you like to field and, also, what you like to paint.

Motivation? All a personal thing, and also depends on the sort of army you're fielding. Generally speaking, you could try paint your army in a fun, but fluff-appropriate, manner, such as an IG regiment from an arid homeworld done in an accurate desert-camo paint scheme, or a new Marines chapter (or CSM renegades) fitting a particular schema or disposition, with wargear and armor to match.

It is best to be a pessimist. You are usually right and, when you're wrong, you're pleasantly surprised.

Do you hve an LGS? For both of these - find like minded people. Find an LGS, whether it's a GW store or an independant store. Talking to people who are into the hobby definitely helps hold interest.
