Does anyone know any websites with alternate guard heads? Preferably something chaosy looking, or gas masks.

These guys make alot of Head Sprues....i have used both the Kolony Militia (Gas Masked ones) but also Kolony Inner Guard Heads on Cadian sets. There are tons of other options....Ferals (Chaos like) Militia......

Maxmini has some interesting looking heads. I've ordred some of the ones wearing berets for my vets, although I have yet to recieve them:

Pig Iron should have you sorted out nicely. They make a variety of quality head bits that match-up with Imperial Guard models. I ordered some of their heads to use as my Jagdmacht Veterans, and they came together pretty well.
