Yeah, I suppose that would be ok, though RuzzBots are typically Russ hulls, but I suppose Rhino bodies are close enough...
Now, here is a question, would a RuzzBot be a BattleWagon or LootedWagon?
BattleWagon is closer armour and wargear is more diverse BUT LootedWagons have suited Rules and the BoomGun has a similar profile to the Battle Cannon

And another person falls to the fighta craze...
And for the record it says
"...Leman Russ Hull or Similar..."

And that stuff you mentioned is for the old edition, where looted vehicles used the profile from other dex's
Yes, the could have skimmers...

1st: It says on the rules that you only need to ask me or proto if you can make a vehicle not on the list.
Skullhammer-Yes
Warbike-Proto and I will think about it
If Proto and I say nay to the bike, you can do a buggy instead.
2nd: That Savage is 3 and a 3/4 meters long!
I wasn't suggesting anyone to do it, I was just stating if you wanted, you can
Insane maybe, but then, the person who attempts to build it has to be to attempt it!

Liche Priest Hierophant

I'd say fighta based on size
Remember, I't doesn't have to be fully legal as far as the game of 40k (apoc) goes, as you can easily create your own datasheet after so the vehicle you built isn't collecting dust

Hopefully...

Bigfish has said he'll probably make a RuzzBot!

That warbuggy is so funny (in a good way )
That razorback (which is mine, and I would like it back please) is doomed!
How dare you take Barry the ork for scale purposes, oh, wait you didn't!
Spoiler:
Krab Klaw sent him for 'reconasance'!

So, lets get some more meks ta build vehicles!

Liche Priest Hierophant

Y..y..y..your j..j..j..joking, r..right?

Ohh, and the tail is (over?) 1.5m
Each small box = 1.5cm

Anyway, the tail=1.m
the way the grid works is: Each small box = 1.5cm^2
The side of each small box =1.5cm
1.5 cm on the grid = 1m in real life!

Liche Priest Hierophant

Yes it is
