Let's say that my 2 Archons with Soul Traps charge the same Chaos Sorcerer. The Sorcerer has only one wound left.

Both Archons make their attacks and both wound once. The Sorcerer fails his both saves.

With Soul Traps the killer gets to roll the LD test and if passed, he gets double strenght.

But with the both Archons have the same I, which one does get the LD roll? Or do they both get because the attacks were made at the same time?

Clearly, the sorcerer can't be killed twice, and the soul-trap rule says "Whenever the bearer kills an enemy..." so you couldn't really use this benefit for both archons.

There is a possible solution in the power from pain rule.

The Dark Eldar codex under power from pain says if several units with power from pain destroy an enemy unit, you give the pain token to a random unit.

In your case I would think the best solution would be to allow the archon that received the pain token to take the test for soul-trap.

I would think this would be the best approach to the situation you describe.

Agreed with the above. Worst case as you cannot show they either has killed the enemy neither would get the benefits; but thats a little harsh and ignores PtP
