I'm thinking of making an inquisitorial Army using the Guard rules based on CIA paramilitary units like the SOG or SAD; but I have some questions about(it will be more ordo malleaus/hereticus)

Does the Inquisition have units like the real life CIA Special Activities division or SOG or Tier 1 operators or something along the lines of that?

Do all inquisitors wear extravagant decorations?(I want my guys to be practical and not wear such)

Does the Inquisition ever recruit from Imperial Guard regiments?

Do radical inquisitors ever summon daemons(not in host) and use them for combat?

Would it be plausible?

What would be a good name for it?(are arcynoms still used in 40k?)

I'm thinking a name(I may change it to make it sound a bit more Latin) along the lines of ISOC(Inquisitorial Special Operations Command) for the Entire division(which encompasses both the IG and the Inquisitional units) and is based on the name USSOCOM; under it the name for the Inquisitor Division the ISOD(Inquistorial Study and Observations Division) and the name ISC(Imperial Guard Support command) which encompasses all chosen Imperial Guard personal or regiments that work closely with the group and deemed not easily corruptible and may consist of various regiments that can range from Airbourne to mechanized to Psyker battalions(used to influence various planetary leaders to do certain actions just as 4th Psychological Operations Group was to influence perception and cause desired behavior)

I'm going to make the tanks and heavy vehicles a seperate division(something along the lines of the Rangers in the same way they helped out Delta Force during Mogadishu) but light and fast vehicles such as Valkyries, Hellhounds and sentinels will be part of inquistion

And I'm also thinking for them to be also like some sort of Ghost(daemon) busters unit as well

Now I'm thinking of having an equivalent unit in Ordo Xenos division where they investigate Xeno activities such as using vindicares to infiltrate Eldar armies or trained personal to investigate Gene stealer cults by going under cover and such(would this make sense?)

I'm going for something along the lines of this

Also to make it more fluffy, what should units should I use? (no stormtroopers though I would use the models)

Why no storm troopers?

Does the Inquisition have units like the real life CIA Special Activities division or SOG or Tier 1 operators or something along the lines of that?

They are called Inquisitorial stormtroopers or if they are really up the creek Grey Knights.
Do all inquisitors wear extravagant decorations?(I want my guys to be practical and not wear such)

No they can pretty much wear whatever.
Does the Inquisition ever recruit from Imperial Guard regiments?

Yes sometimes for their personal retinue/warband.
Do radical inquisitors ever summon daemons(not in host) and use them for combat?

Unlikely, they would be declared rogue quickly.
Would it be plausible?

The overall idea? Yeah probably.
What would be a good name for it?(are arcynoms still used in 40k?)

Acronyms are still used. IPF "Inquisitorial Purgation/Purifier Force"
And I'm also thinking for them to be also like some sort of Ghost(daemon) busters unit as well

These are called Grey Knights

Well I heard stormtroopers aren't that good in IG armies; I may however use them models as I'm running an all Vet Army

At the same time, I also want to give it my Veterans a more paramilitary look (no standard uniforms, the more "casual/practical" wear like the caps, jackets and stuff)

have any ideas on how I can model these?

The inquisition also has human units of Daemon Hunters. This is explored in great detail in Dark Heresy, and to a greater extent the expansion book Daemon Hunter.

Guys have any idea where I can get heads that look like regular caps?

Also would it be plausible if the guys were just regular guardsmen attached to the Inquisitorial Ordo Malleaus?(I heard that guardsmen that has seen Daemons are usually executed)

Could I make it so that they are Guardsmen(not truly part of the inquisition) that were deemed uncorruptable in the presence of daemons and are attached to the inquistion to fight daemons?

Good idea, and those bitzs sites I say do look rather intresting. As someone already stated, the dark heresy books are good sources for fluff on said mortal daemon busters. Also you have a name for this unit of yours?

Gathering the Informations.

You might want to look at Imperial Armour Volume 4.

They don't have one gigantic pool of Inquisitorial 'Guard' assets that they call upon.

It's usually, in the examples we've seen, the case of an Inquisitor with a working relationship with a Guard Regiment and then he formally has them permanently seconded to him. He snaps his fingers, they come running to his aid.

would they be protected from the Inquisition's tendency to execute Guardsmen that has been exposed to daemons?

Is the Inquistor lady from Dow2 retribution an example of such type of inquisitor?

If seconded, most likely. IA4 however details the Elysian "Detachment 99" which is permanently seconded to Inquisitor Solomon Lok for operations against the Tyranids.

Is the Inquistor lady from Dow2 retribution an example of such type of inquisitor?

Not really. She's more just trying to get her own agenda done.
