There's no real set 'You must be this colour to worship' sort of scheme...

But Khorne is usually associated with red, black and brass.
Slaanesh with pink, purple and black.
Nurgle with green and brown.
Tzeentch with blue and gold. And green. And pink. And orange. And purple. And red. And yellow. Go bananas, really.

Khorne: Red+Bronze
Nurgle: Green+Brown
Tzeentch: Blue+Gold
Slannesh: Pink+Black
These are kinda loose since you can paint your boys and girls any colours but they tend to be the colours most widely used...
Dam MODs and their freaking ninja powers...

Khorne: Blood red

Nurgle: Generally green, typically of a sick, disgusting hue. Yellow is also common, also a gross yellow.

Slaanesh: Pink and purple, white as well

Tzeentch: Eh, blue, I think.

Khorne tends to go for bright, bold and angry colours...
Orange and Red are common.
Slannesh tends to be colours that evoke sensation. Bright exotic colours are the main here.
Tzeentch is mystic colours. Blue, purple etc...
Nurgle is anything sickly looking... Green, brown and yellow etc

As a side note, there are a few other things which tend to work better with the color schemes of the various Chaos gods.

Khorne- Khornate lunatics tend to have a very lax attitude when it comes to equipment maintenance. If they have colored their equipment themselves, the blood red color is as likely to be REAL blood as it is paint. If it is real blood, remember that blood turns a very dark brownish-red when it dries. If it is paint, then it is likely to have been very sloppily applied. Rust or other signs of damage or neglect are common.

Nurgle- The coloration of Nurglites is often due to the infected flesh. Since infections are their big thing, it helps to make the colors look as organic as possible, with washes or other techniques, to make them look as biological as possible. Check out tips for painting Tyranids for some good advice.

Slaanesh- Slaaneshi cultists are all about sensation, and sight is one of the first sensations they go for. Their clothing is loud and jarring. They like pinks, purples, and other colors which are available in bright, almost neon hues. Check out various artistic interpretations of the Joker (particularly the animated, Mark Hamill Joker) for good Slaaneshi kind of garb. Generally, the louder and less color coordinated, the better.

Tzeentch- Tzeentch is supposed to be the Lord of Change, so you can reinforce that on a subconscious level. Try using two colors which are very different from one another at different extremes on the model, and blend them gradually across the surface so that it becomes hard to tell where one color transitions into the other. Motifs of mutation are also common with Tzeentch cultists, but where Khornate mutations are war related (horns, claws) and Nurglish ones are disease or parasite related, Tzeentch mutations tend to be more of the "extreme shift" kind, such as feathers, wings, extra eyes, scales, etc. Things that emphasize their alien nature when they appear on a human body.

Just my attempt at some helpful advice. Hope it comes in useful!

There are at least 3 others mentioned in Warhammer Fantasy (Necoho, the Unbeliever, Zuvassin, the Undoer and Malal, the Doomed) though Malal has been ret-conned out of the game-universe.

Of these minor deities, Necoho is my personal favorite, as he is, basically, the God of Atheism. Necoho is the Chaos God of Unbelief, who denies the existence of the forces of Chaos and Order, and who steadfastly maintains that he, alone, is the sole inhabitant of all creation, regardless of what evidence is presented contrary to that belief. Such evidence is ephemeral and illusory, simply conjured up by his eternally bored mind in order to entertain him in his solitude. It is said that, with a word, Necoho can undo all of creation... however, as he doesn't believe it exists, he doesn't bother. His color is grey.

Zuvassin is the incarnate god of the old adage "the best laid plans of mice and men ofttimes go awry". Zuvassin is the god that causes plans to fail, projects to crumble, and things to simply never go as they were intended. He is the god of unforeseen and unfortunate consequences, lord of the domain of monkey-wrenches, complications and undetected fatal design flaws. Zuvassin's colors were purple and yellow, though in any depiction bearing these colors, the devices and patterns are never perfect... some flaw marks them out, such as a checker-board pattern having two contiguous squares the same color, or the chevrons having one arm shorter or longer than all the rest. Regardless of its depiction, there is always some flaw depicted.

Malal is/was the Chaos God of Rebellion. Not in the same sense of rebellion against the established order of things, for that is the domain of Tzeentch, but of rebellion against the forces of Chaos and its inevitable, inexorable advance. Malal, called the Doomed or the Damned, was the Chaos God of the tendency of the Ruinous Powers to fight amongst each other and as readily oppose one another as they do the forces of Order. Not surprisingly, the other four Great Powers ganged up and devoured him. His colors were said to have been black and red.

Though, one thing to remember about Khorne... though often viewed as a war god, Khorne is, more specifically, the god of violence and bloodshed in all of its forms. When armies meet on the field of battle and test their mettle (and their metal) against one another, Khorne delights in the carnage thus ensuing... and cares not at all who lives or dies, so long as people are killing and dying in his name. As one Khornate commander is reported to have said, "Khorne cares not from whence the blood flows. Remember that our blood, too, is welcome."

ETA: Do not waste your time building armies in Necoho's name. He doesn't care, he doesn't listen, and he doesn't grant boons or gifts or Marks to those who claim to be his followers. If Necoho is at all aware of their presence and prayers, he certainly gives no sign. Of all the Chaos gods, Necoho is perhaps the *safest* to worship, as his followers do not mutate with the Gifts of Chaos and never become Chaos Spawn... but neither do they ever become Daemon Princes, either. Necoho, as a deity, is entirely absent from the affairs of those who claim to worship him, and pays them utterly no mind or attention whatsoever.

It is best to be a pessimist. You are usually right and, when you're wrong, you're pleasantly surprised.
