Jumping straight in here, when you roll a six, since it says "the possesed will benifit from the special rule or Additional equipment", would this give all the possesed an extra power weapon in addition to their normal weapon, thus qualifying them for 2 ccws in close combat?

Yes it does.

Point to note: you have to have 2 single handed CCW to benefit. The good news is the BRB FAQ as stated that ANY ccw is single handed unless stated otherwise.
