Im just wondering what gamesworkshop paints would I need to paint this chaos space marine as I really like the colour scheme.

Looks like a lot of Blood Red, Brazen Brass and standard Black and White to me, though you're going to be doing a lot of mixing for the shading.

Considering it's a cartoony drawing with an odd light source? Looks like he's got a dark green armor, probably Snot Green with Badab Black wash? The gold-ish trim looks like it could be Shining Gold with Gryphonne Sepia wash and you could use Burnished Gold to highlight. It's kind of hard to judge since it's artwork and not a physical model.

Also, Psienesis, are we looking at the same picture here?

I agree.....
I would say the green is a mix of Snot Green and Dark Angels Green, and a mix of Red and copper/brass of some variety for the red-ish copper.
