I just got a bunch of 2nd hand w40k chaos mini's today and this one was among them.
I have no idea who/what he is.
I'm sorry about the terrible cellphone pics.
I'll describe him a bit:

He's made from tin and has a gas mask. his power axe is non standard (meaning not the khorne berserker mold).
If the pics are too low quality to make anything out I'll try to post better ones soon.

You seem to have managed to get the background in focus and not the foreground...
I don't recognise it, it could be a conversion or simply an old model. Better pictures are needed.

I noticed the background focus, but the viking gods of nokia don't seem to want to focus today.

Try to grab a digital camera and see if you can get a better picture with that.

I thin i've found out myself. his body is identical to the sargeant model. so he must be an old perhaps modded chaos marines sergeant. Thanks a lot for the effort anyway PF!

Doesn't look like any 2nd edition Chaos Marine I've ever seen. It's probably a conversion but then again the camera is waaay out of focus.

Hard to tell because of the blur...but it sort of looks like an older Plague Marine with the spike broken of the helmet...

I know this picture is a bit large, but the mini you have seems to be simular to the PM in the front row, second from the right...

...Nope, no bionic eyes..I just have a few of the minis in question myself ( see sig) and recognized the basic shape.
