Going to my first real tornement in a few weeks and I wanted to get an opinion on this army list. Its not a normal Gk list by any means but I think it could be reasonably effective.

HQ

Librarian – 165
Might of titian, Quicksilver, Shrouding, Nemesis Force sword and storm bolter

Troops
5 Terminators – 230
3 with Halberds and Storm bolters, 1 with Halberd and Psycannon, Justicar with Master Crafted Daemon Hammer

5 Terminators – 225
Justicar with Nemesis Falchions, 2 with nemesis Falchions, 1 with nemesis Falchions and Incinerator, 1 with nemesis daemon hammer

Fast Attack
Storm Raven – 235
Twin-linked Multimelta, Twin-linked assault cannons, Hurricane bolters

Storm Raven – 205
Twin-linked Multimelta, Twin-linked Lascannons

10 Interceptors – 310
2 with Psycannon, Justicar with Daemon Hammer, psybolt ammo

Heavy Support
Nemesis Dreadknight – 260
Heavy Incinerator, Great Sword, Personal teleporter

Dreadnought – 115
Multimelta
Total – 1745

The plan when I have first turn is to turbo boost the SR with shrouding + shunt dreadknight and interceptors ( ideally down a table edge to limit enemy fire). I'm pretty much aiming to punch my entire army into perhaps a 1/4 of the table.
When I don't have first turn it become a bit tricky but I will probably just reserve the ravens

Thanks in advance anyone that reads this

Its not really semi competative or competative at all really. Your have 10 scoring models. 10!

If you want a GK assault list there are better ways to do it.

If you want Terminaters there are better ways to do it, like takeing 30 of them.

As it stands now your list contains 2 5 man scoring units rideing 230pt Av 12 transports. I'd rewrite it from scratch.

Ok so where should I start building a dual storm raven list (i've been out of 40k for a while)?

Honestly any dual Storm raven list isn't really competative. Due to the high cost of the Raven and it being only Av12 if you want competative thats where you should start your cuts.

But if U must take storm ravens [and i wouldn't recommend it] Here is how I would do it. Please note I believe storm ravens are bad due to their high cost and only av 12

Inq Coteaz 100
Ordo Mallus Inq- Psyker hammerhand Power armor Servo skull 3 -72

Henchmen Retinue 8 Crusaders 3 Death Kult- 165

Nemesis Dreadknight personal teleporter- 205
Nemesis Dreadknight personal teleporter- 205
total 1748

The inqs ride with the CC henchmen squads and cast hammerhand before assaults. The Dreadknights are there to punch tanks and transports with the assault force. The other Henchmen squads control midfield as best they can.

The problem with spending lots of points on underperforming transports means that you really should cut points where you can, which unfortuinately means cutting the Grey Knights from a Grey knight army.
