We don't play WYSIWYG so weapon configurations can be changed. I primarily play against Tau, Space Marines, Imperial Guard and Grey Knights.

here are a couple lists that I have done well with. Im not gona go through ur models because your model collection is irrelevant to competitive eldar play.

If you have any specific questions ask them, but quite frankly saying "here are my models , make me a good list" is kinda lazy and vague and would take pages upon pages of explanation.
