Well i dont have rules with me therefore i seek help in here,

Squad of 10 Dc with lib attached, thing was that lib wanted to shoot his blood lance (4D6 shootning attack). Which would be fine, but according to rules you have to charge w.ever unit you shoot, BUT becouse of rage rule, his unit had to charge different unit (becouse of distance from most of the unit). Is this legal?

Rage doesn't forbid shooting whatever you want. It also doesn't say you have to charge anything, it speaks about Consolidate that you get for destroying the enemy in CC.

"Technically" Rage says no such thing. It requires you to move / run towards the nearest enemy, as well as consolidate, but nothing requires you to ASSAULT the nearest enemy.

There is no contradiction, you just need to read the USR more carefullly ad dont assume it says something it doesnt.

Even if it did, you would still have the assault move invalidated by what you were legally allowed to do in the Shooting phase, ie shoot at whatever unit you wanted to.
