Privateer Press is pleased to announce a streamlined process for requesting replacement parts. This new application will replace the old process for acquiring replacement parts. The Replacement Part Portal allows you to fill out a ticket submission form and upload an optional image. The ticket information will be sent directly to our customer service department. Once submitted the status of the ticket can be checked by entering your email address at http://mispack.privateerpress.com/check_status.

This is a good thing. Privateer Press has become a big player in tabletop gaming and they are expanding their operations to reflect this. Good for them.

Good to see an updated method to get replacement parts in place. Now I just want to know what their core products will be until their stock issues are caught up.

Good, having that process streamlined is going to help I think. I agree I want to see what these "core products" are.

Missing parts/replacement parts? Is this if parts are broken and you need new ones? or is it so you can do custom builds, or as a last option is it if the part is missing from the box when you buy it?
In reality this means little to me being in the uk, just find the wording to be a little unclear.

It's a replacement for broken/missing parts from blisters or boxes. PP's always been very good about fixing packing mistakes, but the process to get them was not fitting a larger business and requests sometimes got lost in the shuffle.

And to those wondering, PP already has a bitz service, just ordered a bunch of parts myself a few weeks ago!

Interesting, cheers for clarifying. Looking at going in on PP stuff soon so this sort of info is always worth noting.
