Hi all,

Looking to try a new historical period so I am looking for recommendations for a decent French and Indian war skirmish scale ruleset for 25mm or 28mm figures. Looking for something that is not too anal in the detail, but still has a decent historical feel to it. These days I am less about the insanity of historically accurate rules and more about playing an enjoyable game.

There was set based on LotR... Was ok.

You could also use LotOW.

There is also 'This Very Ground' by Iron Ivan Games which is well recieved.

You could try the "Black Powder" rules. We play the Seven Year's War with it, including F&IW, and it's pretty good.
