This is my list: HQ: Librarian Azkorael (100)pts -Fear of the Darkness, Unleash Rage ELITES: Furioso Dreadnought (185)pts -Pair of Blood Talons, Replace SB with HF, Extra Armour, Drop Pod TROOPS: 10 Man Tactical Squad (178)pts -5 Additional Marines, Flamer, Plasma Cannon, Storm Bolter 10 Man Tactical Squad (183)pts -5 Additional Marines, Flamer, Lascannon, Storm Bolter 9 Death Company (260)pts -6 Additional Death Company, 3 Power Weapons, Drop Pod Death Company Dreadnought (170)pts -Pair of Blood Talons, Replace SB with HF, Drop Pod FAST ATTACK: Baal Predator (140)pts -Flamestorm Cannon, Heavy Flamer Sponsons Baal Predator (140)pts -Flamestorm Cannon, Heavy Flamer Sponsons HEAVY SUPPORT: Vindicator (145)pts TOTAL: 1501 points The Baal Predators will Scout if I have first turn, or Outflank if they do. Not sure which 2 of the 3 Drop Pods should come down first; kind of leaning towards the Dreadnoughts, just to provide a nice early punch. The Librarian is going with the Death Company, hence his choice of Psychic Powers (all close range). The list is basically a kind of Blitzkrieg, having a few fast and powerful waves of attack supported by some fire support. Any improvements?

A few things.
Why are you dropping in things that have no guns? Like, the furioso will drop in, flame something, and then be melta's to death the next turn. What if the enemy is all meched up? Try for rear armor with a heavy flamer? You really need these dreadnoughts to get into combat, and pods don't get that done very well.
The only time i would do this is if you had a DOA list, as then you'd have things there to support them as least sort of soon.
If you want a fast tank army, take a core of assault squads in heavy flamer or assault cannon razorbacks, backed by other tanks such as baals and vindicators. The dreads work too, they just need to be with the rest of the army / be able to get an assault off in order to work.
I'm not sure this list is perfect, but keeping with as much of your list as possible, i'd do something like this:
Lib - sword and shield - 100
Librarian Furioso (Wings and whatever. I like Might, personally, but another shield would not be bad), heavy flamer --185
Librarian Furioso (Wings and w/e), heavy flamer --185
5 assault marines, melta, infernus pistol, heavy flamer razorback - 145
5 assault marines, melta, infernus pistol, heavy flamer razorback - 145
5 assault marines, melta, infernus pistol, heavy flamer razorback - 145
5 assault marines, melta - 110
5 assault marines, melta - 110
Flamestorm Baal - 115
Flamestorm Baal - 115
Vindicator - 145
1500
So, you have 2 dreads and 6 tanks, up from 2 and 3. The dreads cannot deepstrike, which is different, but can fly with the wings spell, and can thus pretty much keep up with the tanks by flying + running.
One turn one everything goes forward 12-18" and pops smoke, and on turn 2 the whole army is in flamer and melta range (18 inch move +12 move means you are in their deployment zone). There are also 2 deepstriking melta squads hopefully coming in on turn 2 to either take out more tanks, or go get objectives somewhere.
The dreads get into combat on turn 1 or 2, depending on how far the enemy moved, how you roll your psychic powers, and they and everything else should always have cover from either smoke or the librarian.
Anyway, that's what I think about it. Hopefully it was somewhat helpful :-P

Actually that's not bad. Normally I'm not a fan of Assault Marines in small squads, but this could definately work. So many templates! 3 twin-linked Heavy Flamers, 6 Heavy Flamers, 2 Flamestorm Cannons . . . burn! Maybe combine the two squads of Assault Marines without Razorbacks into one big squad - remember they can split up anyway, but a squad of 10 can really help. One thing I'm not certain about is the Infernus Pistols for the Sergeants - is that really very useful? I'm thinking that range 6" isn't too great, so maybe swap this for Extra Armour on the Razorbacks (same points). Such a shame Librarian Furioso's can't have Blood Talons - use Unleash Rage, so you have re-rolls to hit AND re-rolls to wound - and keep attacking . . . keep dreaming.

The new list presented by jcd386 is pretty good. I'd try something like that but take las/plas Razorbacks instead as these rule on fast tanks. Vindicators like any other tank should always come in pairs too.

Eh you can't put a heavy flamer on a libby dread, see the faq. Not sold on libby dreads, I don't think they hit hard enough compared to furiosos.
Otherwise the list is solid.

Ah, yeah my bad on the flamers. w/e, do something else with the points. More meltas or something.
You can combine the 2 5 man squads if you want, but just remember that you can't combat squad them if you deepstrike them. I'd probably leave them seperate, hope they both come in on T2, and keep them near each other if you feel you need all 10 VS 1 thing.
You can take las/plas, but they cost a lot more, and fill a different role (namely, killing heavy infantry, which the AP3 flamers on the baals and vindicator already pretty much take care of IMO. The cheapness of the razorbacks (40 points VS the 75 for las/plas) makes them much less worthwhile to shoot at, and since they are still fast they are still pretty dangerous. But, again, it's really just apples and oranges. Both would work, they would just play differently.

Two Baals which need to put themselves into melta range and tend to be a one shot deal and a single Vnidicator is not enough anti infantry. Against the right list half of that would be dealt with or crippled first turn, either only needs weapon destroyed or possibly immobilised and mostly out the game.
You're right that las/plas does fill a different role, but it's not just for infantry, it can do vehicles too. The current list has zero ranged anti tank. Everything is short ranged melta. Long range anti tank is needed too and though not a huge amount those las/plas Razorbacks would fill that position. Also las/plas Razorbacks are not 75 points, they are 55 points thanks to ditching the jump packs and affectively getting the turret upgrade for free thanks to the discount. No Razorback in the Angel codex is 40 points, you're thinking Space Marine codex which possibly means the points in your list maybe incorrect. Flamer Razorbacks are always worth it to shoot at because of the meltas inside, just because the tank does not a fat lot doesn't mean the squad inside won't do nothing so saying the Razorbacks won't get shot at because they're less worthwhile is a false statement.
