How many men do the IG actually have? Some say billions others Trillions. Once someone said infinite. How many do you think dakka?

Every man woman and child could be conscripted into the service of the imperium if it was needed. And Trillions is actually a bit light. 1/10 of most populations serve in the guard, with most worlds haveing atleast 1 billion people on it. And with a galaxy full of worlds, a trillion is a lowball estimate.

There are billions of regiments. Times that by 5000 for a low estimate, about 20 or so for a high estimate. Answer = Lots.

The imperium only has a 'more than a million worlds' some hiveworlds have populations of 100 billion but many would just be agri worlds with ~million people, so i would say 500 - 1000 billion.
