Has anyone read this yet? http://www.blacklibrary.com/new-titles/atlas-infernal.html

I see it's featuring Czevak, who is quite often referred to in the game fluff.

The blurb, however, is a bit offputting for me as it seems to step on what we previously know about it.

However, someone who read it said there were some interesting things there. If anyone has read it, can someone give the feel of the book and anything of note that happens? How are the Harlequins portrayed and why does Cvevak do a runner?

Alright, basics:

The story jumps around in timeline.
It deals with some incidents before he goes to the Black Library, and then afterward.

Gonna spoil the rest cuz I'm not sure how spoilerific you want it:

Spoiler:

The Harlequins are presented as either really being there and trying to drive Czevak mad, or a hallucination.
Ahriman does come across as insanely intelligent and does outwit Czevak on occasion. The only way Czevak escapes the first time is thanks to the Harlequins. The second time is due to a "Oh yeah, there's something here that I totally forgot about and Ahriman couldn't possibly know!"

The map is pretty big, it's human created and kinda ties into A Thousand Sons. It is given to him by a Warrior-scribe in the Black Library who's father is a Farseer of Iyanden, who consider Czevak a good friend based on some past assistance he rendered. She gives it to him and warns him to run because the Eldar were meeting to discuss what to do with Czevak, because now he's too dangerous with all the information he had access to in the Library.

Spoiler:
Ah, so there's inter-Eldar politics and one of the Eldar themselves chooses the entrust the Atlas (which is a human artefact to do with the T.Sons, what does it have to do with the webway?

Spoiler:
Well it has nothing to do with the T-sons, it has to do with the novel of the same name.

Basically, the Emperor was trying to connect humanity through the webway, and was creating his own webway portal that Magnus destroyed when he tried to warn the Emperor of Horus's treachery. The Atlas was created by a force of Custodes, Sisters of Silence, and Techpriests who were stuck on the other side of the fissure that Magnus made in the webway. They created the Atlas Infernal, kind of a living map of the webway written on the still living skin of one of the Sisters of Silence (don't ask), during their attempts to get back home. Apparently the Eldar found the survivors (or the corpses of the last ones), and took the book into the Black Library.

The main reason he's given the Atlas is to effect his escape. Since it's a living artifact made from the skin of a blank, it still has the abilities of one. As such when it's opened any psykers start going mad die pretty quickly, it also melts wraithbone since that's created through a psychic process. Given that it also lets him actually get OUT of the webway at the same time it was the perfect all in one tool.
