The best part of Orks
imo, is numbers.
Your going to be outnumbers by Marines at times, even terminator armies won't have a much smaller model count.
I know you say you like small and elite, but unless this works in the games your playing. I would seriously re-consider getting a small elite army like
GK or Wolves, or Ba or anything other than Orks

Or just expand your Orks.
For 220 points you get 29 Orks Boys and 1
PK/
BP nob. Thats a huge unit, and with 3-4 of them, your getting quite a lot into combat. Especially with Ghaz with your 6" waaargh.
Even if you think elite can work with Orks, this army still doesn't look cohesive enough to me.
The Trukks are going down first turn, Looted Wagons are bad. The only times i've seen them used, the person using them has dropped them after 2/3 games because they do so little if anything. Kans are nice, but i would take 6-9 really.
Kommandos are good, cybork bodies are probably not worth it, its still only a 5+ save. Mad Dokk Grotsnik is nice, but all your doing is taking loads of 5+ saves, which are useful to an extent, but to be honest your wasting a load of points in something that only just increases your survivability.
If your lucky and the Meganobs make it across the board, they will be able to do some damage, so will Ghaz and the Kommandos, but other than that your army just doesn't look like its going to do anything.
Sorry if thats a bit harsh, i don't play Orks but i have played against them a lot.
