Yup. It's just another way of entering the table in reserve. Remember that any other prohibitions will still apply; so if you're driving on in a non-Open-Topped transport, you won't be able to.

I apologize for digging this old thread.

My question is: if a unit is outflanking, for example, a unit of genestealers. Say a roll of 6, and the owning player choose his right table edge.

How many inch should the unit deploy from the right-side table edge? Is it 6" or 12"?

Its a normal move on, and since stealers move 6" (like the rest of the universe...)

Like he said and remember that you can't move after outflanking (you can still run and assault) because outflanking counts as your move.

Welcome to the horde.

I take that as 'deploy at-least 6" from the table edge', right?

No, up to. Stealers can move up to 6" when moving on from reserve, as that is their normal move

Yep, normal Movement starts at the Board Edge.

They missed their deployment at the beginning of the game. No such thing as a second Chance =D

Which makes their assault range between 13" to 18" (fleet), correct?

That is correct, 6" move, run 1-6, 6" assault measured from the table edge as if they were just off the table with their base flush with the edge.
