Okay i need help on deciding on a cheap second hq choice, not points wise but finacial wise, i narrowed it down to 2 i was looking at the unique/independt charcacters gw sells, now intatlly i though of buying lucias the eternal because he's only $17, but if i did decide on a $20 hq choice id go with typhus. would i be better of buying him instead, should i go with typhus or lucias.

now before you suggest them, i did look at karn's price and rules, along with huron, abbadon, and arhiman, I just dont like them

on another note, is cypher the fallen a legal hq choice still, if he is which book can i find his rules in, i might consider him instead if his rules are any better than lucias

cypher was an elite choice in the last codex and never an HQ. Sadly he didn't make it into the new codex

No Kharn? You're crazy. Having said that go Typhius.

Thus, After having thus successively taken each member of the community in its powerful grasp and fashioned him at will, the supreme power then extends its arm over the whole community. It covers the surface of society with a network of small complicated rules, minute and uniform, through which the most original minds and the most energetic characters cannot penetrate, to rise above the crowd. The will of man is not shattered, but softened, bent, and guided; men are seldom forced by it to act, but they are constantly restrained from acting. Such a power does not destroy, but it prevents existence; it does not tyrannize, but it compresses, enervates, extinguishes, and stupefies a people, till each nation is reduced to nothing better than a flock of timid and industrious animals, of which the government is the shepherd
