The skin looks extremely odd. You went for a rather pallid skin tone, which definitely works for Chaos, but the contrast between the shadows and the highlights is too sudden and sharp. You need a slower build up.

There's somethig off about the armor, but that might be as much a problem with the old metal body as your painting. Looking from the tabletop views, it's kind of hard to see what's going on.

The wings look rather nice, especially from the tabletop views. I'd work on having a stronger gradient on the feathers, and maybe take the highlights up one more level.

As for the conversion work, I don't get why he has an (Ork?) arm, but it might make more sense in the context of your army. The Imperial sword is out of place, and why is he pointing and not either looking in that direction, or appear to be giving orders?

Lastly, the base is kinda boring for a Lord. It definitely needs more depth, and a little something to help set him apart.

Thanks guys, and yes the wings are from the sanguinary guard set. Im also going to give it a beautiful resin base. Ill post that asap
