Some Army deals going around in China, building-a-list-wise, which sounds better? And from what information or rationale do you draw your conclusions?

The links are posted below, also at the bottom in Chinese it says you can switch out something for another model of lower or similar price.

Which would get more value out of them points-wise vs overall usefulness of their particular models as these deals currently stand? (or with one or two changes)

In Summary
1) What do you think price-wise?
2) How would the list shore up if you were to build a list with those models only?
3) If any changes were to be made what would they be?
4) What would the competitiveness of the list look like taking into consideration current army book/models used?

In order from most liked to "If it's REALLLY better than the others than..."

Thanks guys for your time and patience, I really don't have the time (or experience) to know this stuff myself at this point. Looking at re-entry after a casual 7th ed Dwarf experience.

Hey Hargus! I've got 2000+ points of Dwarves and the deal with my wife is this, when I get to Oz i'll sell em, and thats the money I'll be paying her back with to buy this stuff now. I want to stock up before I go back into Oz where my 2nd hand stuff is reasonable at NEW GWUK prices.

Making the change because Magic in 8th is just wayyy better, and so are the lizardmen from the old (circa 1999) codex that I last saw of theirs. I'm looking for a fun to play sorta list, and magic gives you lots of interesting stuff ep. with the new Storm of Magic or whatever it is they've just released
