I agree that the Death Company is a massive points sink. At the very least, consider cutting them down to five models, as your current squad will be overkill. You will often want to stick in CC for a round so they can't be shot.
I also agree that the Tactical Squad makes no sense. I personally don't think Tactical Squads belong in Blood Angels armies, but I know not everyone feels that way. I think everyone would agree that the way you're fielding your doesn't make any sense. What is that unit's role? If they're meant for CC, couldn't you find 10 points somewhere to make them an Assault Squad, which would give you better mobility and more attacks? If they're meant to camp on an objective, a Scout squad is pretty clearly more suited to the task.
Finally, I think you have too many upgrades and toys. The Terminator Squad is a poor fit. Tactical Terminators don't fit the army, and they should at least have a Cyclone launcher so they can threaten more targets. You also have a weird mix of infantry and mech, usually not a good idea. It's too easy for an opponent to destroy your vehicles when you don't mech up completely. If that's what you want to do, BA is a great army, but you need to put at least 10 vehicles on the table at this points level. I put 10 on the table at 1500.
