No issues here, and a nice synergy with their powers.
Elites:
(5) Trueborn
4x Blasters
Venom
2x Splinter Cannons

What's the purpose of the 5th Trueborn? Ablative wound? That's a pretty expensive ablative wound - and by the time you need an ablative wound the unit is already in trouble and their vehicle is dead. It would actually *save you points* to give each unit Night SHields on their Venom instead of the ablative wound useless guy - I guarantee you that the Nightshields will actually be overall more useful in protecting the unit, even if it's only in preventing a melta shot or scaring an opponent out of trying for a shot because he's not sure he'll be in range.
Troops:
(14) Hellions
Helliarch w/ Agoniser
[249]
Not a fan of Hellions - I think they're actually one of the worst things in the Codex and not a good escort for Baron Sathypants. My 'default' Beastmasters build (3 Masters, 5 Khymarae, 4 Flocks) would actually *save* you over 50 points and would be harder for an opponent to kill and would be more dangerous in assault than the Hellions. Yeah, the Hellions would be a touch faster and have shooting options - but...meh, they're really expensive for negligible gain. I'd encourage you to do a couple test runs - go ahead and fire 20 lasrifles and 2 melta guns at the Beasts in cover and see how hard it is to actually hurt this unit - try the same with the Hellions and watch your offensive punch wither. Yeah, they're (slightly) slower, but Beasts basically require anti-vehicle weapons to be used on them if your opponent actually wants to hurt them effectively - and that's anti-mech shooting not being fired at your precious Raiders and Venoms.
(5) Warriors
Blaster

2x Splinter Cannons

Love this build - no issues.
(9) Wyches
HWG, Hekatrix w/ Agoniser
Raider w/ FF
[208]
I'm guessing this is where Vect goes?
I'll note another advantage to dropping the Hellions - you'll free up a Troop slot for more Wyches.
Overall I'm fine with this unit - but it will have a *huge* 'kill me first' sign on it since it will be a 400+ point unit in an army where the average unit cost is around 150.
Fast Attack:
(5) Scourges
2x Haywire Launchers
[130]
For taking Scourges I think you're taking them the right way. I'm neutral on Scourges, but will admit at this point total you have to start taking something in the
FA slots, and if you're not taking Beasts than Scourges are a solid option.
Ravager
FF, NS
[125]
Ravalicious.
Lots of anti-tank, lots of anti-infantry.
Thoughts?
You're actually only packing moderate anti-infantry - I probably have more anti-infantry capability in my 1850 armies.
You're doing...okay for anti-tank, but it's hard to optimize that at 2000+ I do think dropping Hellions and taking more Wyches would be helpful - the power of the Haywires in assault vs. vehicles is *huge* and their adaptability is so far beyond that of the Hellions I think you're hurting yourself by taking the gangers and leaving the Wyches at home.
Hope that helps.
