Hey guys just wanted to clarify this power for the SM librarian if he uses quickening does this only affect him or does this benifit the squad he is attached to also can he cast this on a squad he is not attached to.

I ask as it does not state this in the codex and the way i have read this it only affects his I to 10.

It doesn't affect the other models in the squads I unless the rule says specifically it does

If you are looking for a power that raises an entire unit's I, check out the Grey Knights Librarian's Quicksilver. Quicksilver, Hammerhand, and Might of Titan gives the Libby's unit I 10 Str 6 2 d6 penetration with a left over power for instagib.
