So a few months ago I got an army transport case and some foam trays used for pretty cheap and have been happy with them. But as my army grows I find that I need more foam. First I looked at Sabol, the makers of my case, to get some more foam, but quickly dropped that idea when I read they had a flat rate for shipping to Canada of $75 (why even bother shipping to Canada?). So I looked at Battlefoam and saw some I liked but my dilemma is this: the listed width for the case is 14 inches, whereas the battlefoam trays seem to be listed as 15.5 inches. Does anyone know how much wiggle room these numbers have and does anyone have any experience using a battlefoam tray in an army transport bag? Thanks a lot!

I think some of Battlefoam's game specific trays might be smaller than their standard trays. Might want to check that out.

I can confirm that their standard tray is exactly 15.5" wide.

They made trays designed for Sabol cases. "SD" in the item name.

Yeah BF makes Sable sized trays, but now they have like generic troop trays or you you have to special order custom trays to fit the sable bags.

Unlike the BF bag where there are tray options already made up.

They used to have premade trays for sable bags, but they were not a big seller, and it did not help sell their own bags, they were doing it as a service to the gaming community when they were getting started.
