Summary:
2 modes:
Seize Ground: Capturing objectives
Annihilation: Deathmatch

Both appear to be 10 minute games, although this may be a time limit due to the demo's being shown at conventions.

Hmmh. 2v2 looks a bit lame - what about co-op? I imagine that could be loads of fun!

Also, eww @ personal shields and melta-shots. Jetpack looks fittingly awesome, though.

The games are 8 vs 8, no word on Co-op yet, but rumours are it may now be DLC:

3v3, not that bad I guess*sigh* I was so hoping for some Terminator Armor to be included, but that was a long shot to begin with. I wonder if your team has to have a mix, or if you can take any combo you want, would be very nice if you could. the colors look very DOWII, which is not a bad thing in the least, hopefully they give us a few more options with details on color.

its to bad their not doing some of the more mainstay marine weapons, Lighting Claws would have been awesome!

I wounder what kinds of ranged weapons the Assault Marines/Raptors(yes they actually gave Chaos Marines Raptors! now thats cool), hopefully they will get access to assault weapons(Melta/Plas/Flamer) and/or at least some varinet in pistols(Plasma, Some kind of Melta Pistol).

I am very curious to see what the first downloads/expansions will include.

all in all I am getting this game, this is looking very promising.

a large variation of weapons to arm your marine with, loads of armor types and color schemes, maybe if we get lucky they will allow custom emblems for the shoulder pads.

Pfshh, I'd pay extra for an SoB model/skin ... wouldn't even require changing anything about the mechanics and the weapons loadout. Granted, Sisters aren't as genetically tough, but I guess such things can be ignored in a game that lets you survive overkills like the ones we see in the promo vids. This is practically "Movie Marines - The Game", and it's looking good doing so.

I wonder if there will be a lot of mods coming out for this game - it already has Ork and IG models as NPCs ... surely those could be converted into playable characters, too...

Also, 8v8? Cool, maybe multiplayer matches will be more fun than I thought at first. Though I'm still more interested in co-op.
