Polonius - we have already shipped everything for GenCon from our Chicago warehouse. We would not be able to send anything more to the show.

What we do at all shows is offer free shipping for anything we did not bring. If your looking for something specific just stop by and we'll take care of you. We will have a huge selection of trays to pick from so you may find what you want anyway.

That sounds like really good customer service acrually. your turning my head around about your product (except price, and i'm sticky on that at the best of times)
