Hi guys,

Does anyone know where i can find a decent excel army list for 40k?

I googled it but couldn't find anything like what i want.

All i want is a basic army list in excel form. Nothing too fancy, though some formulas to automatically add all the points together would be nice.

What do you want for tea? I want crisps!

"Alice 40k" is what you want to search for.

Why not try one of the army builder programs? If your not prepared to splash out money on lone wolfs one, try the others. Much better than a spreadsheet.

(But If your stuck on wanting a spreadsheet, try this one. It's my homemade one. Just type in the points and the amout you want, and it adds it up for you.)

Were there be dragons....

I just make my own sheet when I want to experiment, it only takes a couple of minutes to punch in the formulas.

Woodbok, what other army builders are out there? I have AB and old fashioned pen and paper, but I would like to experiment with some others. Especially with several friend who take 30min+ to write a list...

Ok, there are Lone wolf's one, Gazillions of excel ones (Although the Alice40k ones and my one are some of the best), the GW one (you have to write it in with pen, and it's not supported), This army roster Although you need to sign in with an account. This link Leads to another dakka page, where a member has created a better version of the gw one. My favourite one is the Battlescribe one. More or less a free version of army builder. There is one drawback though. There is no Data files that come with it. Either create your own or read about How to find them on their website.
