Hey all,

I am former gamer and painter back in the days of heroquest and 2nd Edition 40k which lasted until about halfway through 3rd edition 40k, with a side portion of Necromunda.

Currently I mainly paint models as I enjoy it as a hobby. Mostly Orks & Chaos, but I have some Eldar and a small group of Tyranids too. Alongside them I have several Necromunda gangs, a small contingent of undead and a few random models unrelated to any of the above which I just wanted to Paint (Like the older Dark Elf Hydraor or the default 40k Assassin)

However a friend has been needling me to get back in to the gaming side (2nd or 3rd edition rules mind) so I came here by chance as I needed to build some scenery.(The days of battling around cornflake boxes and a cacti as a kid are long gone.)

It was all very impressive and with easy instructions of how to do it yourself I kind of felt compelled to join.

So yeah I'm mainly here for painting and modelling tips, although the Dwarves from Warhammer Fantasy are very tempting ...
