I'll explain my choices briefly:

D. Eldar - KotBB -

- Purely for the "...Disturbing sense of humor." line.
- They have orange (my weakness) as a color base.

D. Eldar - KotS -

- I can easily pull off a pink-esque color scheme.
- The back-story allows for mighty fine conversions. (Loss of the left hand by a lot of the members.)

Orks - BM -

- Love the yellow paint scheme.
- Own quite a few boxes of Orks NIB already that are 5th Edition.

S. Marines - S -

- The only chapter that I will play in the regard to Space Marines.
- LOVE the background.

Eldar - A -

- An army of snipers; what's not to like?
- I could pull off the blue molting of their paint scheme (I would go a darker blue.)

Eldar - U -

- An army full of actual psykers.
- To field a bad-arse unit. (Mmm... Warlocks w/ Fortune.)

The only tid-bit I mentioned in the poll is rarity. Which of these is also the rarest...?

You own a bunch of orks already and like the color? I believe you have made your own choice already. Plus, 'orks is da best.' How can you argue with a motto like that? It's a pretty positive self-evaluation, I'd say.

Reality is a nice place to visit, but I'd hate to live there.

Right behind you. No, really.

Rarest? not Dark Eldar.
Orks are pretty common, but not Bad Moons.
Bad Moons and Eldar are both not very common.

I vote Bad Moons

Orks definitely. There is no army that allows conversions as easily as Orks.

The people in the past who convinced themselves to do unspeakable things were no less human than you or I. They made their decisions; the only thing that prevents history from repeating itself is making different ones.

Rarest? Clearly the Eldar. Clearly not Dark Eldar or Space Marines.

Models? Clearly Space Marines or Dark Eldar. Clearly not the fairly outdated Eldar Range (especially infantry).

In your case: I guess Orks would make a good fit. You already have models, the range is pretty complete and they are not quite as numerous as Dark Eldar or Space Marines in most places.

Fluff? Dunno, whatever tickles your fancy.

You should also consider how you feel about an update to your army. DE just got one, so theyll stay the same for many years from now. SM of course will be updated whenever 6th comes out which may be next year. Eldar and Orks will probably be updated early on in 6th.

I voted Orks as well as it seems most here have done. The reason like the others is because you have models already that reduces the cost of your new army money wise. Second reason is that Orks are fun to play with their personality.

Oh, man i just started back myself lol... did not realize 6th edition that close... more building again. I last played 4th edition before I got distracted by other things in life. Now i just got the 5th edition rules and codex for my Blood Angels and Space Wolves... maybe I will hold back on getting my TS and Ork codex lol .

Hate to add this in, but does anyone know much about the Corsairs?

Orks. They're essentially a ball full of fun, with extra bits of conversion on top. You'll hate yellow in general, though, since it's one of the most annoying colours to paint.
Just don't go for Space Marines, since they're the most bland army you can get in 40K.

I really need to stay away from the 40K forums.

Eldar - Alaitoc I think you will find to be the rarest.

I voted Bad Moonz however, because there isn't enough yellow in the world.

I must learn how to spell Edlar Craftworlds!

This is true. I could literally field a good basic army.

I would vote orks also because you already have them. No point starting another army when you already have the models and like the army.

I voted for Salamanders out of pure self-interest. I play Salamanders, and more people doing so means more love from Games Workshop.

I would go Orks or Sallies. A well ran Sally army is just fun/terrifying to behold. You know you'll always have an up to date codex and I really like their paint scheme (when done right, which you seem up to).

I have a lot of fun with my Orks, but I never feel emotionally invested in any of the units (might explain my record with them).
