Hi, can someone clear up for me whether you can knock wizards off Fulcrums with Wind Blast and the new Heavens spell.

If so how does it work, do you have to move them straight off the entirety of the model?

A: They are considered unable to move and suffer D6
Strength 3 hits.

Fulcrums=buildings, so no pushing off. Let the Four Winds Blow does do a lot of hits though.

Theyre special buildings, hence the limitations on entering and on models attacking
