Hi i already have a SM army and want a new army could people please help me choose a new army.
The armies i am looking at are chaos daemons, eldar and dark eldar if you think other armies are better could you please tell me which ones.

P.S I really don't want to do another SM army.

Well, why do you want to do another army? What element makes you like these armies? What army of these three do you think looks the best and would be the most fun to paint? The problem with threads like this is you're not giving us much to work with, and other people will undoubtedly just say "Dark Eldar" or what have you without giving any good reason why. We can't help very much unless you give us more to work with.

I want to start a new army as i want something thats different from other people. In my gaming group 8 out of 10 play SM i understand that SM are easy and forgiving to play and i also want something more challenging to play.I like the look of all 3 armies i listed i like to paint but am not the best their is so is their any out of those 3 that are more easy to paint than the others?.

Those are all actually fairly hard to paint armies, depending on the schemes. I'd say Eldar would be the easiest to paint of the three as long as you weren't going for a really tough scheme. They also have a lot of fun ways of dealing with power armor.
