Hello,

I have a mini I bought ages ago, and can't remember which name it has. I remember it was an eldar revenant titan, but can't seem to find this exact model.

Any idea of its exact name and the model range it was from? (I guess Citadel, but not sure).

Thanks!

Its an Eldar Revenant Titan as you said, released circa August 1998 to my recollection, from the Epic 40,000 range . It sold for £5, or "buy a Phantom Titan and a Revenant Titan and get another Revenant free!" (£15). Unfortunately White Dwarf wasn't publishing order numbers during this period, and I only know this info as I was re-reading some old White Dwarf issues last night.^^

Oh, and that's not the original base; it came with a much larger ciricular one- 50mm or there abouts I guess. =)

Yeah the base is one I had laying around,

Thanks for the info, I believe I'll make a wraithguard out of him. He's just about the size!

It sounds like it's not a very common model. I finally found some pics under the "Revenant Titan MKII" keywords. I might as well try to make a full unit of those as wraithguards, just for fun!

They replaced it with a newer model in 2005 which looks completely different- search for it on Forgeworld to see the 28mm scale one-, and this it'd be difficult to get enough for a full squad of Wraithguard count-as'........though I did happen to see on today at my local street market...heh.

First time ive seen the old Revenant, and i have to say, i actually quite like it. And, Wyrmalla, you just gave me an idea for if i ever want to run Wraithguard, if i ever get around to doing eldar.

Oh stop complaining, its for the greater good... Now get in the box!

That's actually the Epic 40000-era Revenant. The original version looked like this:

(But smaller... that's the Armorcast 40K scale version)

When Epic 40K replaced Titan Legions, they reissued the Revenant and the Phantom Titan in squarer designs with all the buttressing all over them, which (while interesting) made them completely fail to look like they belonged in the Eldar range.
