Interesting that you request only painted and based SM models, and then post 2 models, one of which isn't a marine, and neither are based :p I'll bite, however. Here is one of my Omega Marines.

Very nice model, and by the way, Grey Knights are allowed too. That's why I posted them. Oh, and you don't have to decorate the base, you may put themon it, but may base if you want.

Models have to have some sort of basing work done. IE painted, or modeled with sand etc.
Just gluing the model to the base doesn't meet the 'based' requirement. Just a heads up on that requirement.
If your models don't meet this requirement, please remove them so I don't have to!
