I am playing a scenario with dense jungle terrain and was wondering if Kroot assault into jungle or woods as normal and go at initiative.

Do they take a difficult terrain test? If so then they are at I1, unless they have assault grenades.

Thats all that matters, unless they have another specific rule. And, from memory, Kroot dont.

"Kroot in woods and jungles do not have to take a difficult terrain test. They may always move 6 inches" Tau dex page 37. I would say they go at init.

That was my thought since they are void from difficult terrain in woods or jungles with field craft. Thank you for the feedback
