I can't decide and I don't want to shave it off it's supposed to be there, if it's a mold line it's by far the worst I've seen so far. It looks like a mold line, but it's so raised it made me think it was meant to be there.

It's a mold line on the left side, part of the robe on the right.

So the really pronounced line is part of the model? I must say it looks a bit weird. I had 2 of them and shaved it off on the first one, so guess that one is ruined LOL.

Which one in particular are you asking about?

The one in your bottom picture is very clearly not a mold line. It'd be see-through if it was, because the plastic from those kinds of things become really thin.

Yes, that's a moldline.

Thats a mold line.

Sometimes it's not always clear because the line is across something like fabric on the model so it could be a crease or it could be a mold line. I've had this a few times while cleaning up the missuses AOB orks.

Yeah that's what confused me, it COULD be part of the fabric, and because it was so pronounced I thought it was. Thanks fellas, guess I'll shave it off.

I have those models and there was a mold line there but is was much less pronounced. Beautiful models though.

I'm only 3 models into the hobby but that was the worst one yet. I already hate them

Moldlines are the enemy.

Hate them, and let your hate grow strong. Smite them down!

It’s a mold line. The DA Vets are horrid for mold lines in general.

Indeed, maybe they weren't the best choice for a first box of models. Hopefully the AOBR Ork Boyz will be better in that respect, unless the eBay seller drags his feet I should get them this week.

It's plastic, there will be mold lines everywhere, in every kit. Luckily...it's plastic! so they are very easy to remove.
