Sevatar is the Night Lords 1st company Captain at the time of the HH. there is no info on him on Lexicanum and i would like some help.

If you read the two HH books where he's mentioned, you've read all possible references to him.
He's not even in the Night Lords series.

This is an actual rule in the actual rulebook. Quit whining about how you can imagine someone's army touching you in a bad place and play by the actual rules.

actually i beleive its mentioned that hes dead in either Blood reaver or Soul Hunter
