So what do you think? Should I change anything critical? I have no idea who ima play against today as it's just a pickup match at the GW store, but I'm not really there for the sole purpose of winning, I just wanna have fun

drop 5 clanrats to make your warlock engineer a level 1 and give a halberd to your chieftain other than that not much i can say really at that points level. you could also drop one of the units into slaves giving you points to bulk up your stormvermin and plague monks to 20

Hm, I'm not sure you'll see a whole lot of shooting at 1000 points, so you probably don't need the Storm Banner. Even if you were dead set on keeping it, you could hand it off to the Plague Monks if you wanted.

Either way I recommend a few things:

1. Find some points (dropping one of your infantry blocks works) for a Warlord to be your general. Currently, the Warlock has to be the general and his LD is actually LOWER than that of the Stormvermin or the Monks! At 1,000 points I usually just go with Foul Pendant + Halberd (123 points).

2. Your BSB could use something besides just his hand weapon. He also could use a bit more protection! I usually do Talisman of Endurance + Halberd (102 points), but you could skip the halberd for a Charmed Shield if you wanted (105 points). I prefer my BSB stick around as long as possible.

3. Echoing Tiarna on the Engineer. Right now you have no casters at all in your list. Even just a level 1 to dish out Warp Lightning will be dangerous! Throw on the Condenser or the Doom Rocket or both if you want, but it kinda stinks to just skip an entire phase of the game.

You may wish to experiment or do some "dicehammer" but I'm always in favor of giving clanrats spears instead of shields.
