How do you GK players transport your Dreadknights?

I just got a Sabol case. It came with a 3" thick piece, 2 x 2" and 3x 1.5". I have 2 razorbacks also, and the 3" piece can fit two of those and one Dreadknight, laying down, but I have not tried him in there yet.
Will 3" be enough for them? What do you guys use to transport these models? I was thinking of getting a custom cut tray from Battlefoam so I could transport both DKs standing, but it would take alot of room in the case, and I don't have anything else large to fill that space with. At this point I'm at a loss as to how I will fit the other DK in here.

Thanks guys.

One of those backback thinkgs for carrying babies or a pram seems most appropriate.

I don't have a dreadknight model so this is just a guess, but I'd assume that if you have room to lay it down on it's side in a tray, it should be safe.

Yes, but I don't want to pay about 200 bucks to carry a singe Dreadknight.

I use a Rifle Case with eggshell foam.

That's not a bad idea at all...

I would order a 6" battlefoam piece but it would take up most of my Sabol case!

A dreadknight tray goes for $29. You might spend around $200 for your whole army with BF but those custom cut trays are worth it. I never have to deal with broken bits any more and having to hastily glue stuff together before playing a game.
