Do the rules say that a unit below 50% of its origonal models cannot capture objectives? If so, what page? (big and small rulebooks)

That was a rule in 3rd edition, and I believe it carried over to 4th.

But, it is no longer a rule.

Sometimes, you see the old vets get confused and think it's still around. When you see one of us doing that, please have some patience and remind us to take our medicine.
