It's a start, but it looks like you're taking a bunch of upgrades you don't need.
First, why give Storm Shields to each Vanguard Vet? You end up with a squad that doesn't hit very hard, is really expensive (265 points), and still only has a 3+ save. You probably can't rely on them having FNP either, since you shouldn't attach any ICs to them. Even worse, they're completely unable to deal with Dreadnoughts in CC. They literally cannot hurt a Furioso or Ironclad Dreadnought under any circumstances.
Epistolary is also a waste. You haven't listed the powers you're taking, but I'm assuming Shield is one of them. You can cast Shield during your opponent's turn and whatever else during yours without Epistolary.
I also question the inclusion of the Speeders. You could cut them and almost have enough points for a minimal (5 man, JPs and Power Fist Sergeant) Vanguard squad. You can't expect them to ever get more than one shot, and assuming you plan to deep strike them, you can't rely on getting them early enough to make the one shot count. Since you don't have any other vehicles, it's certainly best to not take anything with an AV to waste your opponent's anti-vehicle shooting.
Finally, I suggest you take dual Meltas or dual Flamers in each Assault Squad. That way you don't waste shooting opportunities on less-than-optimal targets.
The Terminators are probably a bad fit too, since they don't benefit from DoA and are so slow once they come in, but those bastards are so hard to kill it might be worth it anyway.
I suggest you use the points from the cuts to take more Assault Marines, and maybe a 4 Melta or 4 Flamer Honor Guard instead of a Priest.
