I bought these off of ebay, they were sold as Space Wolf heads. I am going to use them for my own chapter, the problem is the plume of hair on the top doesn't fit well when you put on the back pack, the head has to be postioned to the side/profile, which looks a little strange.
I was wondering what kit these could have been from as surely all Space Marines have the same size backpacks so it would be a problem on all kits?
I'm thinking i will have to cut off the plume completely.

I can't seem to get the image to upload without it needing to be downloaded, and noones going to want to do that so i will have to describe them untill i work out how to upload

They are Beaky heads with a plume on the top and some lines/glyphs on the snouts.

If anyone can identify them from that, i will be impressed.

Can you save it to your PC and then upload it to your gallery?

Wolf Pack Sprue maybe?

The wolfpack pictures online show all the beaky heads positioned far to the side kind of awkwardly.

It's definitely a SW head. Sounds exactly like a head I detailed yesterday for my TWC.

Its most similar to the head second from the bottom right, apart from beaky style.

I think they are definately Space Wolf heads, but i did wonder which models they come from because it seems strange for GW to model heads which have to be glued to the side in an awkward fashion.

Having looked at the sprue sprue above again, i can see that most of the heads with hair on have a longer base to raise the hair higher and out of the way of the backpack.

It may have come from the last space wolf sprue...

Its not those no, it is very similar except the plume goes directly backwards from the head not sideways.

So it's definitely not the beakie with plume that is under the plasma rifle on the sprue? It has a SW diamond on its forehead and runes on its nose.

The beakie helm that the people are pointing to in that pic does indeed have the plume going straight back.......
