I've never used Chaos Chosen in my army but since many people seem to like them I've started thinking about getting some.
Which in your opinion is the best way to equip them?

That depends what you want them to do. Generally people give them all melta and a combi melta on the sergeant then stick em in a Rhino to outflank. Alternately, you may want to give them flamers to disrupt a pesky gunline, or plasma guns if you think you'll be fighting MCs or Marines.

I need something that can be useful against any army. I think the best option are Plasma Guns. It provides Anti- MEQ firepower but it can be really usefull against light transports as well. What do you think?

I was initially of the "All Melta All the Time" school of thought, but I've been thinking of a Plasma Gun version too.
But then, I have a squad of Chaos Havocs in a Rhino for that already...

Instead of havocs I use up my Heavy Support slots for Obliterators. I never use my Elites slots so I thought of Chosen since they can Infiltrate and then surprise the opponent with Plasmagun Rapid fire. They can easily take down almost anything in rapid fire range even a Nid Tyrant or Carnifex.

Stick them in a rhino and that rapid fire range effectively becomes 24" - roll the rhino out 12" from an outflanking board edge, dump the Marines out, and rapid fire anything that looks at you funny.
Plasma guns are definitely a viable option for Chosen.

I took a plasma/melta unit to the last tourney I attended. They worked well literally every game whether I used them as a speed bump or outflankers to get rid of back field tanks.

Ok, then I'll order some Plasmas and turn my CSM into Chosen to see what happens.

I know I and Mannahnin at least are advocates of 3 Meltaguns, 2 Flamers and in a rhino; fast anti-tank and anti-horde all in one.

"As I recall, your face was tortured. Imagine that - the Master of the Wolves, his ferocity twisted into grief. And yet you still carried out your duty. You always did what was asked of you. So loyal. So tenacious. Truly you were the attack dog of the Emperor. You took no pleasure in what you did. I knew that then, and I know it now. But all things change, my brother. I'm not the same as I was, and you're... well, let us not mention where you are now."
