Hi, need help with damons army. Would like pink horros, Herald Of Tenzeentch (life) with master of soccery and some flamers for an 1000pts list.
I like magic but my brother says you can't get an army with it.

Don't believe what everone says, I am really a Brainboy who survived the weed wipeout and now I go on secret missions for Tzeench I can also control your mind. (jokes)

You could have a unit of 9 tacticals that are flipping off the enemy with both hands, they still have a bolt pistol and bolt gun.

The other side of the internet

Since it's 1k points, you don't have to worry too much about hordes, so go for 2 5 wide 4 deep pink horror units, lvl 2 herald of tzezntch, and that shold be your main core at 1k for a tzeench only army. Spend the remaining points on flamers if you want. but I'd recommend trying to fit another herald in and another unit of horrors as well as picking up some daemonic icons for your units. The infantry blocks should be 240ish points each (if I remember correctly) and heralds are somewhere around 130 points base. Unfortunately, all of Daemon's Lords are around 500+ points with upgrades so don't bother with them until 2k ( daemon prince is 400ish, but as tzeentch you will see more from a lord of change)

Maybe something like this:

HoT Master of Sorcery 140
HoT Master of Sorcery 140
Pink Horrorsx21 -Musician -Standard -Banner of Change 295
Pink Horrorsx20 -Musician -Standard -Banner of Change 283
Flamersx4 140
998

The issue might be not having enough power dice to get off the Banner of Change bound spells and those 50 points might be better off spent on more horrors/flamers but it's a bound spell so throw 1 dice at each one and if it goes off 3D6 S3 hits is nothing to sneeze at. Pink Horrors will not be very good in combat WS3 S3 T3 is very weak but with the herald they do get a 4+ ward save. Most of your damage will be heavily relied on your Heralds and their spell casting abilities. The downside is you will have no power generating abilities but do have 4 chances to channel between the 2 heralds and 2 units of horrors so on average you figure 7+1 for channeling dice so 8 dice. So Death might be a good option for one for your Heralds as it allows you to generate more dice per wound caused

Thus, After having thus successively taken each member of the community in its powerful grasp and fashioned him at will, the supreme power then extends its arm over the whole community. It covers the surface of society with a network of small complicated rules, minute and uniform, through which the most original minds and the most energetic characters cannot penetrate, to rise above the crowd. The will of man is not shattered, but softened, bent, and guided; men are seldom forced by it to act, but they are constantly restrained from acting. Such a power does not destroy, but it prevents existence; it does not tyrannize, but it compresses, enervates, extinguishes, and stupefies a people, till each nation is reduced to nothing better than a flock of timid and industrious animals, of which the government is the shepherd
