Subject: DE Supreme Sorceress on Black Dragon - Best Load Out?

As it says on the tin, am putting together the new kit and am wondering what people thought the best loadout was.
If i am reading the monstrous cavalry rules correctly, all hits are taken at the soreresses toughness which makes me want to focus a lot on defence.
So far i am planning on giving her the Black Amulet and the Sword of Anti-Heroes. In addition she will be a Level 4 and use the Lore of Shadows.
Any tips? I believe this will be a decent build, getting her a whole lot of defence and making her great against hordes.

Uhm you are correct about monstrous cavalry but the Dragon is a monster not monstrous cavalry. Hugh difference. shooting is randomised between the dragon and the rider while in CC they will have to say if they are hitting the dragon or rider.

Why would you put a caster on a dragon? Put her on a pegasus if you want her to fly. Dragons are for hitting stuff in the face, which casters don't do well.

I want a dragon and i like casters.

Oh well i need to reread the book. Its disheartening that they have to distinguish between the two.

Best answer? Use the Dread on a dragon and get the sorceress a dark peggy. Or leave her on foot and give her a bodyguard of sacrificial spearmen...
