In Warhammer 40k if their was Lion El Johnson these would be his stats. I came up with the stats reading The Fallen Angels.

Eternal Power: You may choose 2 special rules from the Warhammer 40k rulebook
Blessing of the fallen: He may be in a servitor unit and the servitors may take his saves
Dreadnought Suite: 2+ Sv 3+ Invulnerable or may be counted as F12 S12 R11

Several Problems I see here IMHO:
- Wrong Forum.
- He has no initiative.
- Why does he confer no rules, such as those of the Chapter Master?
- What's a suite? Is that as in he has a spare room allocated for Dreadnoughts, or does he actually have a SUIT of Dreadnought armour?
- If he does have a suit of Dreadnought armour, it's significantly less impressive than 2+3++
- Why doesn't he have eternal warrior? I assume this is granted by 'eternal power' (which could do with a better name IMHO), but that'd need elaborating.
- Why is he not fearless or at least benefits from ATSKNF, Combat Tactics or a similar/better rule?
- What's a 'relic SWORD'? I assume you mean relic blade? In which case, why isn't it master crafted, and/or one-handed and/or wielded alongside a bolt pistol?
- I don't understand the reasoning behind Blessing of the Fallen; is it just so he can join Servitor units?
- Why doesn't he have the Lion Helm?
- What is his unit type?
- Who's Lion El'Johnson? Never heard of him, I do know of Lion El'Jonson however...

Honestly, and I don't mean this to be offensive, but rather critical, I feel it's a poor effort to represent the primarch; it could do with a bit more thought put into it and clearer rules IMHO.

Considering he costs about as much as Abaddon and has stats to reflect that, he's a little weedy for a primarch. Also, the idea to just take two "special rules" out of the rulebook haphazardly isn't a very good one.

The Lion is in a coma on the Rock. He wouldn't be of much use in battle in the 41st millennium.

Comatose, due to his medical condition the lion cannot be moved
in addition if he loses a combat he is removed as a casualty regard less of wounds left, this is because he is essentially defenseless. also the lion is not a scoring unit.

So you've designed a Primarch that is weaker than pretty much all the beatstick characters out there? Abaddon, Mephiston, Draigo, Swarmlord, etc. etc. could all punk the hell out of this guy.

Lion El'Jonson

Ws10 Bs5 S5 T5 W5 I5 A5 Ld10 Sv2+ (4+ Inv)

Wargear: Artificier Armour, Lion Sword, Lion Helm, Master-crafted Plasma Pistol, Frag Grenades, Teleport Homer & combi plasma gun

Lion Sword: Created by skilled artisans and imbued with the psychic power of the Emperor. It counts as a master crafted power weapon that gives ignores all saves of any kind when carried in one hand or as a master crafted power fist when used in as a two handed weapon although this means that Lion El'Jonson doesn't get an extra A for two CC weapons.

Lion Helm: Supposedly crafted during the dark age of technology and given to the Lion as a gift by the Emperor himself, this device projects a force field all over Jonson and some of his nearest men. He and any unit he joins receives a 4+ invulnerable save.

Lion Armour: Counts as master crafted artificier armour with adamantine mantle and teleport homer.

Special Rules:
Primarch: Lion El'Jonson is one of the Emperor's Sons and benefits from the Primarch Special Rule.

Fearless: uses 'fearless' universal special rule

Tactical Withdraw: can choose to leave CC without taking a leadership test, all units in an army lead by Lion El' Jonson may do the same

Rites of Battle: <we all know what this one is>

Great Leader of Men: Jonson is capable of showing the humanity's golden age the emperor will bring to all with very little effort, raising the moral to everyone hearing him. He can convince anyone to make his role in the new age to come and die for this if it is needed. Jonson and any unit he joins counts as fearless and can re role failed rols to hit. As long as Jonson remains in play all Dark Angels and allies are affected by a deep faith and may reroll any failed morale checks.

Master Tactician: All the years he spent on Caliban in total solitude gave him a great inner understanding that made to better understand the teachings given to him by the emperor and war master Horus, increasing the already brilliant tactical skills he gained when battling alongside his brothers in The Order. All Deathwing units held in reserve may deepstrike instead of only half and do not scatter, while players may choose to add 1 to reserve rolls made, a 1 is always a fail. Assault squads count as having infiltrate.

Sword of Heroes - While not as potent as the Lion Sword, this is a fearsome relic of the Great Crusade. Lion el'johnson may reroll all to hit and wound rolls he makes. The Sword of Heroes also counts as a power weapon.
Combi-Melta, Artificer Armor

Special Rules -

Knocked Out :The Lion may not attack in Assault, and all attacks directed at him hit automatically. The Lion may not shoot any of his weapons, nor may he move in any phase.

"It's our frikken Primarch!" - All Dark Angels on the table become fearless. The Lion automatically counts as an additional objective, controlled by owning player. He cannot be contested, as long as he is on the table he is counted as controlled by the owning player. Units from one extra force org slot may be chosen to count as scoring, as well. Ie, all Elites are also scoring.

"Hey, that was our frikken Primarch" - If the Lion is ever removed from play, all Dark Angels gain Furious Charge for the rest of the game.

"What are those things? They're kinda creepy" Lion 'elJohnson is warded by the Watchers in the Dark. Combined with his own personal gravitas, it makes approaching him somewhat harrowing. Any unit attempting to assault the Lion must pass a Ld test, with their Ld reduced to a maximum of 8. This also provides the Lion with his 3+ Invulnerable save.

Still a Fulcrum of Fate - The owning player may reroll d3 dice per turn.
