If you're looking for GW models, then ebay or bartertown, but they command high prices.

In particular Foundry make Polish minis that were done by the Perry's (iirc) and fit right in, but they're not cheap

You can check under renaissance polish for others. The dismounted cossacks also look very kislev-like.

Scibor Miniatures has a lot of riding bears and also Russian themed dwarfs (Moscals).
